How to Book an Appointment

You can make an appointment in the following ways:

Please make a separate appointment for each patient.

Appointments are booked at 10 minute intervals but we realise that some problems may take longer than others. If the surgery does not run strictly to time, please be patient.

Urgent Appointments

If you require to be seen urgently, please give a brief outline to the receptionist so that an appropriate time can be arranged.

All urgent problems will be seen on the same day, but you may have to wait and there is a chance that you may not be seen by your usual doctor.

Telephone Advice

Increasing numbers of patients choose to have a telephone consultation with a doctor or a nurse to deal with their problem.

Telephone consultations can be used to get advice, test results or report on progress.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to attend or no longer require an appointment, please let us know so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
