Clinics and Services

If you would like to attend any of the below clinics, please make an appointment, or if you would like to find out more information about any of the below clinics, please ask reception.

As well as providing general medical services, the practice offers:

  • Asthma
    If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms please complete our online Asthma Review form.
  • Blood Test
    You can have your blood taken in the surgery. The clinics are held every day except Wednesday, and are by appointment only. If you would like to request your blood test results, please complete our online Test Results Request form.
  • Child Development Clinic
    This clinic is by appointment only. It is for the development check of 8 week old babies, and mothers’ post natal check.
  • Child Immunisations
    Immunisations are given by the practice nurse, and runs concurrently with the developmental clinic. Please do not bring your child to the clinic if they are ill.
  • Diabetes And Heart Disease
    If you suffer from one of these conditions, you will receive a reminder for an annual review with the practice nurse.
  • Family Planning
    If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review please complete our online Contraceptive Pill Review form. Contraceptive advice is confidential and available to people of any age during ordinary surgery hours. Our practice nurses offer a comprehensive service. Emergency contraception is also available after discussion with a GP or nurse. Dr Chawla has a special interest in family planning and runs a weekly coil fitting clinic. The practice nurses are also trained in the fitting and removal of implanon contraceptive.
  • INR Clinic
    The practice nurses are now running a daily INR clinic. Please ask your GP if you are a suitable candidate for this clinic.
  • Minor Surgery Clinic
    Dr Bhatia performs weekly operating sessions for minor surgical procedures, and a monthly cryotherapy clinic. Please make an appointment to see Dr Bhatia first to discuss whether the operation is necessary, and to arrange an appointment.
  • NHS Surrey Youth Counselling Service
    This is a free and confidential service for 12-24 year olds on Monday afternoon. Call 0845 600 2516 for an appointment.
  • Non-NHS Services
    Certain services provided by your doctor are not covered by the NHS, and you will be asked to pay a fee.
  • Phlebotomy Clinic
    Blood tests are available 4 mornings per week from 07:30, please ask reception for details.
  • Rheumatology Clinic
    This clinic is held at the surgery and is by appointment with the practice nurse. The clinic offers blood testing, blood pressure checks and a medication review which will address any concerns you have regarding your medication. If you have been advised by the surgery to submit your blood pressure readings on a regular basis please complete our online Blood Pressure Review form. If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due please complete our online Medication Review form.
  • Travel Clinic
    We provide up to date vaccination information and complete vaccination courses prior to travel. Some courses need to be commenced at least six weeks before your planned trip. For detailed advice please visit our Travel Room. Some vaccines are not available under the NHS and a fee is payable. We do see private patients at a fee, for more information, please ask at reception using our online Ask a Receptionist a Question form.
