Our phone lines are open between 08:00-12:30 and 14:00-18:30.

The surgery is open every morning for pre-booked doctors appointments from 07:30. Please ring the bell at the front door. Reception will not be open for the collection of prescriptions or any other business until 08:00.

Extended Access Clinics

Extra appointments are being provided by the GP federation, that brings together all 40 GP practices in the local area, and is known as North West Surrey Integrated Care Services.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 07:30 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays, your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
